Leadership
Cyle Mitchell Sr. – President & CEO
Cyle Mitchell is the President and CEO of Native Contractors, a Native-owned general contracting firm based in Denver, Colorado. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Cyle has worked his way up from the field to leadership—serving as Foreman, Superintendent, Project Engineer, and ultimately Project Manager on major multi-family and commercial projects throughout Colorado.
Before launching Native Contractors, Cyle led scopes for high-profile developments including AMLI Riverfront Park, 20th & Alexan, Monarch Casino, and One River North. He managed complex waterproofing and air barrier systems, coordinated trades, and delivered high-stakes work under tight timelines. Today, operating under an active GC license in Jefferson County and offering specialty subcontracting services across the Denver metro area, Cyle brings that same high standard to every project.
Mackenzie Mitchell – Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Mackenzie Mitchell plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of Native Contractors. With a strong background in business strategy and operations, she leads efforts to drive organizational efficiency and innovation. Mackenzie’s experience in managing cross-functional teams and her strategic vision allow Native Contractors to stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring the highest standards of service. As CSO, she ensures that both short-term and long-term objectives are aligned, contributing to the company’s success and sustainable growth.
